This project was mainly outlined to
help secure new applicants and
provide them with a platform where
they can send their resumes and
other forms for the hiring process.
PSTECH wanted to streamline their
hiring process by having a portal
where all applicants could be seen
and categorized as per short
listings.
Other than Applicant side they also
required a Contract Module for
overall workflow and to better
invoke their policies as per company
Policies.

were used to make the contract in
effect, keeping in mind the leaves
and payrolls were to be effected. As
they catered to each employee’s info
and wanted it to be available on
demand, we set up One Drive to store
all data instead of Odoo itself so
that it could be easily fetched and
puts less pressure on Odoo.

PSTech's latest project (Pstech website)showcases a comprehensive online presence, featuring a website that encapsulates their business profile, career opportunities, and a seamless job application process. With a focus on user experience, the website is meticulously crafted to be mobile-responsive, ensuring accessibility across devices. In addition to the website development, intricate design work was conducted using Figma, allowing for a meticulous visualization of the layout and ensuring a cohesive brand identity throughout. This project not only amplifies PSTech's digital footprint but also streamlines their recruitment process, fostering engagement with potential candidates while upholding a professional and inviting online presence.
Business Flow
The project for PSTECH aimed at modernizing and optimizing their recruitment and human resource management processes. Beginning with job postings on their website, applicants could easily submit customized application forms tailored to PSTECH's requirements. The hiring process was streamlined through customized pipelines, allowing for efficient tracking of candidates through various stages, from application review to final interview. After successful recruitment, employee contracts were generated and managed within the Odoo system. Leave management was simplified, enabling employees to request leaves, which were then reviewed and approved by HR. Additionally, to optimize system performance, employee document storage was offloaded to One Drive, seamlessly integrated with Odoo for accessibility without overloading the system. Customizations were implemented throughout, ensuring that each module and workflow aligned with PSTECH's specific objectives and business flow. Overall, the project resulted in an integrated and efficient Human Resource Management System tailored to PSTECH's needs.
