Proffy (proffy.ee) serves as a business operations hub designed for investors and real estate professionals, built on the Odoo 16 integration framework. The platform connects multiple user types—Employers, Job Seekers, Moderators, and Internal Staff—through a robust ecosystem of modules that synchronize with the client’s core system in real time. The solution features fully bidirectional APIs enabling seamless data flow between Odoo and external systems. All key entities—including Jobs, Shifts, BAN/UNBAN actions, User Profiles, and Claims—are automatically created, updated, validated, and synchronized. This guarantees unified data consistency across all platforms. Custom moderation tools were developed to give internal teams full visibility and control over user activity. These include approval workflows, automated rule checks, and real-time notifications powered by Odoo’s Python ORM and JSON-based API engine. The platform also integrates Amazon S3 for file handling, enabling secure document upload, viewing, attachment mapping, and scheduled synchronization across all entities. End-to-end job/shift lifecycle automation manages everything from job creation to shift assignment, attendance tracking, dispute handling, and claim resolution. Communication is centralized through Odoo Helpdesk and Chatter, ensuring transparency and efficient ticketing. This infrastructure allows Proffy to operate as a unified operations center—offering real-time alignment between workforce management, real estate activities, and core enterprise systems.
