Realin (realin.club) is a next-generation real estate investment platform built on Odoo 16, designed to digitize and automate the complete lifecycle of property-based fractional ownership. The system enables tokenization of real estate assets, allowing investors to purchase fractional tokens representing shares in rental properties. These tokens follow smart-contract–compatible logic aligned with ERC-20 standards, ensuring transparency, scalability, and compatibility with blockchain ecosystems. The platform integrates tightly with the client’s existing investment system using secure REST APIs, synchronizing all essential data including properties, investors, transactions, tokens, payouts, and compliance documents. Automatic validation layers ensure all KYC, KYB, and AML requirements are met before investors can participate. Within Odoo, the platform manages token issuance, token distribution, investor onboarding, property lifecycle management, rental income tracking, and scheduled payout calculations. It also incorporates Amazon S3 for secure media storage—property documents, images, compliance files, and investor attachments—ensuring scalable and high-availability asset management. Realin centralizes everything: property management, investor profiles, compliance workflows, transaction synchronization, rental performance, profit distribution, and investor communication. This creates a unified interface for admins, legal teams, finance departments, and investors who rely on automated, compliant, and real-time investment operations.
