Gogenie (usmanjoiya-gogeny-odoo.odoo.com/shop) is an Odoo-based e-commerce platform tailored for the sale of electronic appliances through installment payment plans. Built using Odoo’s native e-commerce, website, and sales modules, the system supports a complete end-to-end workflow—from customer onboarding to structured installment execution and financial approvals. Customers can browse a catalog of electronic appliances, submit purchase requests, and apply for installment-based buying. The platform implements a multi-stage onboarding workflow that includes identity verification, employment details, financial eligibility checks, and documentation uploads. Once approved, customers receive a breakdown of their installment plan, including monthly payments, total payable amounts, tenure, and prerequisites. Payment flows are integrated with bank transfer instructions, allowing customers to complete payments manually while the system automatically logs receipts and updates the order status. The backend includes automated flows for sales approval, contract generation, compliance checks, and installment tracking. Administrators can monitor pending applications, verify documents, approve or reject financing requests, and track overdue installments within the Odoo ERP. Gogenie functions as a complete installment commerce system fully embedded in Odoo—combining e-commerce, finance workflows, customer verification, and post-sales installment management within a single environment.
